Job Description & Responsibilities

This is a part-time position for someone who is passionate about the arts, nonprofits, and our local community!

 

Plan and implement outreach strategies to connect Art Round Tennessee with the broader community, secure sponsorships, and increase Art Round Tennessee funding.

​

Write and apply for grants including but not limited to:

-Tennessee Arts Commission “Arts Build Communities” Grant

-Cookeville Arts Council Grant

-Walmart Community Grant

 

Seek out new grant and funding opportunities.

 

Attend local events when possible as a representative of Art Round Tennessee to spread the word about the organization, upcoming events, and sponsorship opportunities.

 

Work alongside the Board of Directors and Executive Director to contact regular donors, find new donors, and maintain donor list.

 

Attend the majority of Art Round Tennessee events to help sell merchandise and collect donations.

Attend monthly Board meetings to provide progress reports on grants and donations. 

 

New hires will have a 90 day probationary period, after which they will be expected to give at least 30 days notice of resignation.

Compensation

​

$500.00 per month with opportunity for performance-related bonuses in conjunction with an annual review
