CALL FOR ART

The Tiny Show is Art Round Tennessee's annual members exhibition in Cookeville, TN.

Show Dates: June 1 - July 1, 2023

Location: The Silver Fern, 145 E. Spring St.

Submissions Due: April 30, 2023

Artwork must fit within a 6" x 6" x 6" cube to be considered. Open to all art media. Artists may submit 1-3 pieces for consideration.

All exhibiting artists must be members of Art Round Tennessee. To join, please visit the membership page of our website.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WORK:

DUE APRIL 30:

  • HIGH QUALITY images of your artwork (1-3 pieces)

  • Images must be 300 ppi jpegs with 1080 p on the smallest side. Artwork must be photographed with a white background.

  • Images must be labeled: title_firstname_lastname.jpeg

  • Inventory List with title, dimensions, materials, & price

  • Signed Consignment Contract to exhibit & sell your work in The Silver Fern's Fiddlehead Gallery

DUE MAY 26 / 27:

  • Drop off artwork at The Silver Fern, located at 145 E. Spring St. in Cookeville, TN.

  • Friday, May 26th, drop off artwork 11 am - 6 pm

  • Saturday, May 27th, drop off artwork 10 am - 5 pm

  • If neither of these dates/times work for you, contact Brie Flora at thesilverferngallery@gmail.com at least one week prior to the above dates to set up another time.

EXHIBITING ARTIST INFORMATION:

  • Artwork may be for sale or NFS. If for sale, 40% of the retail price will be retained by The Silver Fern and Art Round Tennessee. The Silver Fern will issue a check to artists for artworks sold once the exhibition has ended.

  • There is no fee to submit to this show or to visit the gallery.

  • Any photographs submitted may be used by The Silver Fern and Art Round Tennessee for but not limited to: publicity, advertising, social media, and web content.

  • Artists are guaranteed to have at least one piece accepted into the show and may submit up to three for consideration.
