Carol Ventura

Carol Ventura has an MA in ceramics, an MFA in printmaking, and a PhD in Art. She taught ceramics, photography, printmaking, silversmithing, enameling, basketry, tapestry crochet, and weaving before becoming the art historian at Tennessee Technological University in 1994. She retired in 2021 as Professor Emerita.

Always a maker, Carol now pursues her bliss full time in the studio. Her current work taps on skills and imagery developed while a student, now expressed in glass.
