Heide Weidner studied ceramics at the University of Southern Indiana in the 1970s and has had her hands in clay, as a creator and teacher, since then. She enjoys hand-building as well as throwing on the wheel and works with paper clay, porcelain, and stoneware. She has exhibited and sold her work in Indiana and locally at the WCTE Gallery, at CAS, at The Silver Fern, and at ART Prowl. Her pieces can also be found in German and Italian collections.
